🛡️ Privacy by Architecture • Zero Telemetry

Zero Telemetry.
No Logs. No Tracking.

OneAppDock was engineered from day one on a radical privacy standard: your workspace, browser tabs, and network traffic belong entirely to you. We do not track, profile, log, or transmit a single byte of your personal data.

🛡️
Zero Telemetry & Absolute Privacy Guarantee

OneAppDock contains zero analytics SDKs, zero diagnostic beacons, and zero telemetry pingback endpoints. All configurations and session cookies stay strictly quarantined on your local machine.

🚫

Zero Telemetry

No Google Analytics, no Mixpanel, no crash-report beacons, and no heartbeat pings. The software never phones home.

🔒

No Logs or Tracking

We operate zero logging servers. Visited URLs, web browsing habits, IP addresses, and account names are never recorded.

💾

100% Local Storage

All dock shortcuts, custom URLs, and proxy credentials are stored only on your local filesystem under your OS user profile.

⚡

Direct Proxy Tunneling

Proxies route directly to your chosen provider. OneAppDock operates zero relay servers and inspects zero traffic.

1. The Core Philosophy: Local-First Privacy

Most modern software applications embed analytics trackers, telemetry collectors, and diagnostic phone-home routines that silently report on user behavior. OneAppDock deliberately rejects this model.

OneAppDock is built as a local utility tool. Whether you are running OneAppDock for Windows or OneAppDock for Android, the software executes directly on your operating system without connecting to any proprietary OneAppDock servers, tracking endpoints, or centralized telemetry pipelines.

Key Guarantee: OneAppDock will never track your usage, log your IP address, record your visited URLs, or transmit your device identifier. There is zero telemetry code present in our codebases.

2. Information We Never Collect

To be completely transparent, here is an explicit list of what OneAppDock never collects, intercepts, or transmits:

  • No Personal Identifiable Information (PII): We do not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, or billing information.
  • No Account Credentials: Usernames and passwords entered into web services (like Slack, Gmail, or ChatGPT) are handled directly by their respective websites and are never logged by OneAppDock.
  • No Browsing History or URLs: The web pages you visit, searches you perform, and tabs you create remain strictly within your local session memory.
  • No IP Addresses or Geolocation: OneAppDock does not capture, store, or geolocate your IP address.
  • No Diagnostic or Analytics Telemetry: No metrics regarding click frequency, active screen time, feature engagement, or crash reports are gathered or dispatched.

3. How Local Data Storage Operates

All custom configurations you create—such as your active tab catalog, custom service URLs, docking preferences, and proxy configurations—are saved exclusively on your local device:

  • Windows Desktop: Data is written to your local user directory:
    %APPDATA%\OneAppDock\
This directory is protected by your Windows user account access control permissions.
  • Android Mobile: Data is stored within the app's sandboxed private internal storage:
    /data/data/com.oneappdock.app/
Android's sandbox architecture ensures other installed apps cannot access this directory.

When you uninstall OneAppDock, all local configurations are erased from your machine according to standard operating system cleanup procedures.

4. Multi-Account Container Isolation

OneAppDock's defining technical feature is multi-account containerization. Each account tab operates in its own isolated Webview partition:

  • Cookie Quarantining: Cookies generated by your personal Gmail account never contaminate your work Gmail account or your client workspace.
  • Storage Partitioning: LocalStorage, SessionStorage, and IndexedDB stores are strictly compartmentalized per tab identifier.
  • Zero Cross-Tab Leakage: Web scripts running in one tab cannot access session tokens or DOM trees of any neighboring tab.

5. Independent Proxy Engine: Zero Middleman

When you assign a SOCKS5, HTTP, or HTTPS proxy to a specific tab, OneAppDock creates a direct, isolated network socket between that webview partition and your specified proxy host.

Direct Tunneling Architecture: OneAppDock does not run proxy servers, VPN servers, or proxy relays. Your network packets travel directly from your computer to the proxy server you configured. OneAppDock cannot inspect, decrypt, intercept, or mirror your traffic.

Proxy authentication credentials (usernames and passwords) are stored strictly on your local device and are supplied only to the proxy server you explicitly designated.

6. Third-Party Web Services

OneAppDock is an application dock that loads web services (such as Gmail, WhatsApp, Slack, Discord, Outlook, ChatGPT, and any custom web URLs you add) inside native webview windows.

When you interact with a third-party web service inside OneAppDock, your communication with that third-party service is governed by that service's own terms of service and privacy policy. OneAppDock acts purely as the host window and does not alter their privacy practices.

7. No Sign-Up, No Cloud Accounts, 100% Free

OneAppDock does not require you to create an account, provide an email address, link a credit card, or authenticate through cloud servers. You simply download the installer or portable executable, run the software, and start using it immediately.

8. Openness, Verification, & Contact

OneAppDock is an independent project created and maintained by Yeasin Arafat Sadiq. The Windows releases and release notes are publicly published on GitHub for verification.
